At Takumifuku we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason we offer exchanges and returns free of charge within 7 days of the purchase date subject to the following terms and conditions:

**1. Eligibility:**

- To be eligible for an exchange or return items must be unused unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached.

- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

**2. Exchanges:**

- We offer exchanges for items received within 7 days of receiving the order and exchanging of equal or lesser value subject to availability.

**3. Returns:**

- If you would like to return an item for a refund, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

- Shipping costs for returns are covered by us.

**4. Refunds:**

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase minus any shipping charges within 15 days of receiving the returned item.

- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

**5. Damaged or Defective Items:**

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item and we will either exchange it for a replacement or issue a refund depending on your preference.
